For most people, Kurdistan and Iraq is probably not going to be a place they would seek to travel to but it’s posts like this one which voorstelling the human side to these destinations that will hopefully inspire people to visit. Tussen 1984 en 1999 stierven bij een gevechten tussen het Turkse leger en de PKK zo dertigduizend personen en werden door dit Turkse leger meer vervolgens drieduizend dorpen betreffende een kaart geveegd.
